Our one day reading conference is aimed at school Senior Leaders and Reading Leaders and will include a summary of the updated Reading Framework and a visit from our wonderful Reading Ambassadors at the hub school.

Guest speakers include:

• Ben McGarry (Director of English for primaries, Outwood Grange Academies Trust): Building and implementing a successful reading strategy.

• Kelly Ashley: Building a Reading for Pleasure culture from the inside out: Exploring teacher and reader identity.

• Juliet McCullion (Herts for Learning): Developing Reading Fluency.

The event is fully-funded by the DfE, so is free to attend and lunch will be provided.
