If you are a leader or a teacher in a school that would like to gain practical and evidence-based strategies to improve language development in your school, this programme could be for you.

The six, virtual sessions will enable participants to gain an understanding of ‘typical’ language development, help teachers to identify children who may not be developing language skills as expected and provide practical classroom strategies and techniques for quality first teaching in YR and KS1.

All sessions are virtual and will run from 1:00pm - 3:00pm on the following dates:

• Session 1 -  Thursday 19th October, 2023

• Session 2 - Wednesday 13th December, 2023

• Session 3 - Wednesday 31st January, 2024

• Session 4 - Tuesday 5th March, 2024

• Session 5 - Wednesday 15th May, 2024
