A sustained evidence based CPD programme aimed at English/Literacy Leaders in schools that have an embedded and successful phonics programme. Participants will attend five evidence based sessions designed to support schools to develop a reading for pleasure culture. 

This will include 5 evidence based sessions that have been developed by some of the leading bodies in reading for pleasure pedagogy and is designed to support schools with a secure phonics programme to develop children's love of reading.

Sessions will run from 12.15pm to 5.00pm (with lunch on arrival) at the OIE, Doncaster, DN6 7EQ.

• Session 1 - Wednesday 16th October, 2024

• Session 2 - Wednesday 27th November, 2024

• Session 3 - Wednesday 15th January, 2025

• Session 4 - Wednesday 12th March, 2025

• Session 5 - Wednesday 25th June, 2025
