The core aims of the programme are to:
Improve outcomes for children who need additional support with reading, including those with SEND.
Ensure that all children receive quality-first teaching based on the latest research into how children learn to read.
The five sessions are designed for Reading Leaders and SENDCOs.
Lunch will be provided on arrival at 12.15pm; Session starts 1.00pm until 3.00pm on the following dates:
Session 1 - Monday 7th October, 2024
Session 2 - Monday 2nd December, 2024
Session 3 - Monday 10th February, 2025
Session 4 - Monday 17th March, 2025
Session 5 - Monday 16th June, 2025
